MAP4K3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP4K3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,884 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP4K3-associated genes across cancer lineages are BRPF1, FANCC, and WASF2. Each is linked with MAP4K3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP4K3-to-partner and partner-to-MAP4K3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BRPF1 grouped by MAP4K3-low versus MAP4K3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP4K3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP4K3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
