Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAP4K3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,008 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP4K3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to vacuole, Stress granule assembly, and Protein targeting to vacuole. Each is linked with MAP4K3 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP4K3-to-partner and partner-to-MAP4K3 results are reported.
