Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAP4K3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP4K3-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1M1, SERPINA12, and OPRPN. Each is linked with MAP4K3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP4K3-to-partner and partner-to-MAP4K3 results are reported.
