Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAP4K2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAP4K2-associated genes across cancer lineages are VIPR2, PHOX2B, and FAM149A. Each is linked with MAP4K2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP4K2-to-partner and partner-to-MAP4K2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VIPR2 grouped by MAP4K2-low versus MAP4K2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP4K2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP4K2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
