MAP4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 345 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGEB3, CYP2A13, and FAM149A. Each is linked with MAP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP4-to-partner and partner-to-MAP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAGEB3 grouped by MAP4-low versus MAP4-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
