MAP3K7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP3K7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,525 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP3K7-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARPP19P2, GTF3AP2, and RNVU1-33. Each is linked with MAP3K7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP3K7-to-partner and partner-to-MAP3K7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ARPP19P2 grouped by MAP3K7-low versus MAP3K7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP3K7→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP3K7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
