MAP3K4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP3K4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,885 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP3K4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARID1B, GSTK1, and VTA1. Each is linked with MAP3K4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP3K4-to-partner and partner-to-MAP3K4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAP3K4 versus ARID1B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP3K4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP3K4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
