Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP3K4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,568 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAP3K4-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRSF1, ALDH18A1, and MAPK8. Each is linked with MAP3K4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP3K4-to-partner and partner-to-MAP3K4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GRSF1 grouped by MAP3K4-low versus MAP3K4-high in SKCM.
