Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAP3K4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,879 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP3K4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear transport, Positive regulation of chromosome organization, and Termination of RNA polymerase II transcription. Each is linked with MAP3K4 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP3K4-to-partner and partner-to-MAP3K4 results are reported.
