Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP3K21 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,936 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAP3K21-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDSS1P1, RPL41P1, and ADAMTS19-AS1. Each is linked with MAP3K21 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP3K21-to-partner and partner-to-MAP3K21 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAP3K21 versus PDSS1P1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP3K21→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP3K21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
