MAP3K21

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP3K21 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,090 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP3K21-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIMM44, RRP9, and SREBF1. Each is linked with MAP3K21 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP3K21-to-partner and partner-to-MAP3K21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TIMM44 grouped by MAP3K21-low versus MAP3K21-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP3K21→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP3K21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
