MAP3K20

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP3K20 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,915 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP3K20-associated genes across cancer lineages are CPSF7, BUB3, and CHAF1B. Each is linked with MAP3K20 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP3K20-to-partner and partner-to-MAP3K20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CPSF7 grouped by MAP3K20-low versus MAP3K20-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP3K20→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP3K20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
