Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MAP3K20 RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MAP3K20 data layer compared with 7 for mutation status and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher MAP3K20 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MAP3K20 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and PRAD show a favorable association.
UVM, MESO, and ACC are the cancer types where MAP3K20 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
