MAP3K20

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAP3K20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,866 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP3K20-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACTN1, AGPS, and SOCS5. Each is linked with MAP3K20 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP3K20-to-partner and partner-to-MAP3K20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAP3K20 versus ACTN1 in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP3K20→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP3K20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
