Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAP3K20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,420 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP3K20-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are GCN2-mediated signaling, Positive regulation of focal adhesion assembly, and Regulation of stress-activated protein kinase signaling cascade. Each is linked with MAP3K20 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP3K20-to-partner and partner-to-MAP3K20 results are reported.
