MAP3K2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAP3K2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,150 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP3K2-associated genes across cancer lineages are AMMECR1L, REV1, and WDR33. Each is linked with MAP3K2 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP3K2-to-partner and partner-to-MAP3K2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAP3K2 versus AMMECR1L in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP3K2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP3K2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
