Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MAP3K15 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MAP3K15 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher MAP3K15 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MAP3K15 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
BLCA, ACC, and PRAD are the cancer types where MAP3K15 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
