The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher MAP3K14 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MAP3K14 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, ESCA, and CESC are the cancer types where MAP3K14 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
