Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP3K14 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAP3K14-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, A-Raf_pS299, and Rictor_pT1135. Each is linked with MAP3K14 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP3K14-to-partner and partner-to-MAP3K14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by MAP3K14-low versus MAP3K14-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP3K14→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP3K14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
