Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAP3K14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,176 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP3K14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein depolymerization, Regulation of hippo signaling, and Non-canonical NF-kappaB signal transduction. Each is linked with MAP3K14 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP3K14-to-partner and partner-to-MAP3K14 results are reported.
