MAP3K13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP3K13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,633 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP3K13-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFB4, NDUFC1, and RNF7. Each is linked with MAP3K13 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP3K13-to-partner and partner-to-MAP3K13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NDUFB4 grouped by MAP3K13-low versus MAP3K13-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP3K13→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP3K13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
