MAP3K12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP3K12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,485 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP3K12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AGO1, COL3A1, and DCN. Each is linked with MAP3K12 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP3K12-to-partner and partner-to-MAP3K12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAP3K12 versus AGO1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP3K12→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP3K12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
