MAP3K11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP3K11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,221 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP3K11-associated genes across cancer lineages are MED14P1, GMEB1, and MAPK12. Each is linked with MAP3K11 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP3K11-to-partner and partner-to-MAP3K11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MED14P1 grouped by MAP3K11-low versus MAP3K11-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP3K11→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP3K11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
