MAP3K10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP3K10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,185 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP3K10-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIPA1L3, C19orf12, and MBD1. Each is linked with MAP3K10 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP3K10-to-partner and partner-to-MAP3K10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAP3K10 versus SIPA1L3 in UCS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP3K10→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP3K10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
