MAP3K10

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP3K10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,171 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP3K10-associated genes across cancer lineages are FFAR1, UNC79, and PPP1R14A. Each is linked with MAP3K10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP3K10-to-partner and partner-to-MAP3K10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAP3K10 versus FFAR1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP3K10→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP3K10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
