MAP3K10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP3K10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,735 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP3K10-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP9-6, RPL5P26, and RNU6-1282P. Each is linked with MAP3K10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP3K10-to-partner and partner-to-MAP3K10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP9-6 grouped by MAP3K10-low versus MAP3K10-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP3K10→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP3K10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
