Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAP3K10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,579 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAP3K10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are SCF-dependent proteasomal ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, Regulation of protein localization to centrosome, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with MAP3K10 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP3K10-to-partner and partner-to-MAP3K10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SCF-dependent proteasomal ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process grouped by MAP3K10-low versus MAP3K10-high in OESOPHAGUS.
