Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP3K1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,763 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAP3K1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KMT2E_S845, ACTR8_S132, and SLC25A13. Each is linked with MAP3K1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP3K1-to-partner and partner-to-MAP3K1 results are reported.
