MAP2K6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP2K6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,593 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP2K6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PHF10, MYEF2, and PHF8. Each is linked with MAP2K6 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP2K6-to-partner and partner-to-MAP2K6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAP2K6 versus PHF10 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP2K6→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP2K6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
