Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP2K6 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,941 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAP2K6-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLAU, SPOCD1, and GDPD1. Each is linked with MAP2K6 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP2K6-to-partner and partner-to-MAP2K6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAP2K6 versus PLAU in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP2K6→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP2K6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
