Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP2K5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,213 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAP2K5-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPIPB9, RNU6-1318P, and SNORD82. Each is linked with MAP2K5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP2K5-to-partner and partner-to-MAP2K5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NPIPB9 grouped by MAP2K5-low versus MAP2K5-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP2K5→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP2K5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
