Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP2K4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,390 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAP2K4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RABEP1, PAFAH1B1, and MPDU1. Each is linked with MAP2K4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP2K4-to-partner and partner-to-MAP2K4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAP2K4 versus RABEP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP2K4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP2K4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
