MAP2K4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP2K4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,249 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP2K4-associated genes across cancer lineages are GABRE, SLC1A4, and ALG2. Each is linked with MAP2K4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP2K4-to-partner and partner-to-MAP2K4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GABRE grouped by MAP2K4-low versus MAP2K4-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP2K4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP2K4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
