MAP2K3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP2K3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 11,460 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP2K3-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRAS, TTN, and PIK3CA. Each is linked with MAP2K3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP2K3-to-partner and partner-to-MAP2K3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRAS grouped by MAP2K3-low versus MAP2K3-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP2K3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP2K3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
