Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP2K3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAP2K3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, Notch1, and PDCD4. Each is linked with MAP2K3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP2K3-to-partner and partner-to-MAP2K3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by MAP2K3-low versus MAP2K3-high in UCEC.
