The most reproducible MAP2K3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein depolymerization, Cellular response to mechanical stimulus, and Cellular response to external stimulus. Each is linked with MAP2K3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP2K3-to-partner and partner-to-MAP2K3 results are reported.
