MAP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAP2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,657 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGSF10, PLXNB1, and DCDC1. Each is linked with MAP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP2-to-partner and partner-to-MAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGSF10 grouped by MAP2-low versus MAP2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
