The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher MAP1LC3C Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MAP1LC3C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, BRCA, and PRAD are the cancer types where MAP1LC3C Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
