Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP1LC3B RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 12,073 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAP1LC3B-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53, PMFBP1, and CDH6. Each is linked with MAP1LC3B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP1LC3B-to-partner and partner-to-MAP1LC3B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TP53 grouped by MAP1LC3B-low versus MAP1LC3B-high in SKCM.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP1LC3B→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP1LC3B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
