Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP1LC3A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,277 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAP1LC3A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAP1A_S1311, ERO1A, and COX7A1. Each is linked with MAP1LC3A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP1LC3A-to-partner and partner-to-MAP1LC3A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAP1LC3A versus MAP1A_S1311 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
