Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP1LC3A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAP1LC3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are NMNAT1P5, DNM1P31, and RNU5A-2P. Each is linked with MAP1LC3A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP1LC3A-to-partner and partner-to-MAP1LC3A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NMNAT1P5 grouped by MAP1LC3A-low versus MAP1LC3A-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP1LC3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP1LC3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
