MAP1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 26,118 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP1A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PALLD, PDLIM3, and TLN2. Each is linked with MAP1A in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP1A-to-partner and partner-to-MAP1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAP1A versus PALLD in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
