Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP1A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,537 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAP1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are LMOD1, ZCCHC24, and JAM3. Each is linked with MAP1A in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP1A-to-partner and partner-to-MAP1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAP1A versus LMOD1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
