Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP1A protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 31,896 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP1A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CSRP1, SEPTIN7, and SGCD. Each is linked with MAP1A in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP1A-to-partner and partner-to-MAP1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAP1A versus CSRP1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.
