MAP1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAP1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 567 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are NIPSNAP1, CAPN7, and LRRD1. Each is linked with MAP1A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP1A-to-partner and partner-to-MAP1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NIPSNAP1 grouped by MAP1A-low versus MAP1A-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
