MAP11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 968 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP11-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGLVI-38, RN7SL62P, and RPL32P19. Each is linked with MAP11 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP11-to-partner and partner-to-MAP11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGLVI-38 grouped by MAP11-low versus MAP11-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP11→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
