MAP10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,891 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TSPYL5, RBMX_S332, and BROX. Each is linked with MAP10 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP10-to-partner and partner-to-MAP10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP10→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
