MAP10

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,316 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP10-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARL11, CLEC7A, and FCGR1B. Each is linked with MAP10 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP10-to-partner and partner-to-MAP10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP10→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
