Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAP10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,656 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Establishment of protein localization to organelle. Each is linked with MAP10 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP10-to-partner and partner-to-MAP10 results are reported.
