MAOB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAOB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,841 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAOB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HEATR1, CEBPZ, and DDX18. Each is linked with MAOB in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAOB-to-partner and partner-to-MAOB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAOB versus HEATR1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAOB→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAOB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
